Brief

We take a full brief from you to enable us to get a feel for your current lifestyle (eg. preferred style, tastes, furniture that will need to fit in the new home, etc.).
We discuss in full where you would like to live, your requirements, budget and timescales. 
Based on this we also show you a selection of properties currently available in your target area - your feedback on these helps finalise the brief that we begin to work to.

Searches

• We register your requirements (not your contact details) with suitable local letting agents.
• Chez-Vous works with these agents and receives all house particulars and phone calls so that you do not receive unsolicited calls and mailings. We keep in constant touch with the agents and hear about new instructions immediately.
• Additionally, we search with property Internet sites (agent and independent sites) newspapers and publications and our own contacts ensuring that the search for your ideal property is as wide as possible.
• As soon as our searches present a potentially suitable property, we pass the details to you for your consideration. If you like what you see on paper, Chez-Vous researches the property further.
  
  

Viewings

• If the property still sounds good then Chez-Vous carries out a reconnaissance viewing* of the property for initial inspection.
• Where permission is granted we photograph aspects of the property and make them available to you. We also update you on useful information such as local amenities.
• We then arrange viewings* for properties that you are interested in and accompany you on the day.
  

*A fixed number of reconnaissance and accompanied viewings will be defined for each search period.

Price negotiation

• We will help you negotiate the best price for your chosen property.
