Property viewings service for tenants
This service is for clients who have the time or preference to carry out their own property searches but would like Chez-Vous to view properties on their behalf and report back.
If you are located elsewhere in the UK or abroad, or simply can't make yourself available during normal viewing hours, then this viewings only service is ideal for you.
This service covers the UK counties of Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and Surrey.
Whats involved?

Viewings service
- Chez-Vous will act as your eyes and ears
- You will complete our Briefing document and detail all the criteria that we should particularly note when viewing properties on your behalf
- We will arrange to view your shortlisted properties on your behalf at short notice and report back to you within 24 hours of the viewings.
- We provide an unbiased and honest report from a tenant's perspective (we have no contract with or obligation to the landlord or to the letting agent since we act for you)
- A written report, with photography/video where permission is granted, will provide the following information:
- Feedback on all accommodation, including any outbuildings
- Approach to the property, its position and outlook
- Land and gardens
- General condition and décor
- A brief appraisal of the immediate vicinity and any amenities
- We provide you with enough information to enable you to decide whether you should invest time to visit the selected properties yourself or even make an offer.
- We provide you with the report by email and we can also give you an overview by telephone or Skype..
