• Additionally, we search property Internet sites, newspapers and publications ensuring that the search for your ideal property is as wide as possible.
• As we find potentially suitable properties currently available in your target area, which meet your brief, we provide you with details of them.
• We then look forward to your feedback to ensure that these properties meet your expectations.
• We arrange viewings with the agents or vendors for any properties that interest you.
• We provide you with details of these viewings but will not be present at them.
• We give only your name to the agent so that you continue to be free from unsolicited mailings and contact.
• We continue the search against your criteria for time period specified, providing details of potential properties and arranging viewings as required.
