What's involved?

• Chez-Vous will be your eyes and ears.
• We view the property on your behalf. We provide an unbiased and honest report from a buyer's perspective (we have no contract with or obligation to the seller or to the estate agent since we act for you) including information about the local area.
• We arrange to view the property on your behalf at short notice and report back to you within 24 hours of the viewing.
• We provide you with enough information to enable you to decide whether you should invest time to visit the property.
• We aim to help you avoid wasted journeys to view properties or locations that won't meet your needs or expectations.
• A written report, with photography where feasible, will provide the following information:
  • All accommodation, including any outbuildings
  • Approach to the property, its position and outlook
  • Land and gardens
  • General condition and décor
  • Local area and amenities
• We provide this report by email or by post and we can also give you an overview by telephone.
  
  

Visit & Report Fee

Service Fee: We charge a non-refundable fee of £497 for this service.

If you would like us to view multiple properties we will agree fees dependent upon your specific requirements.
